This is a Cheaney product, so is beautifully made and finished. It is all leather lined. It has a storm welt on it, so it is the most waterproof design for this construction of shoe, although obviously having a leather upper it cannot be described as completely waterproof. The sole is danite rubber, which is very hard wearing. The finish on the upper leather has great depth, and with regular polishing has lovely reddy brown tones to it. This shoe will put up with a fair amount of abuse; it is of a weight to withstand anything the country can throw at it, as well as being a stylish casual shoe to wear anytime.
