This is a Cheaney product, so is beautifully made and finished. It is all leather lined. It has a storm welt on it, so it is the most waterproof design for this construction of shoe, although obviously having a leather upper it cannot be described as completely waterproof. The sole is danite rubber, which is very hard wearing. The finish on the upper leather has great depth, and with regular polishing has lovely reddy brown tones to it. The fit is ‘F’ width, which is fairly accomodating to most feet.  This shoe is a great casual shoe with a little style, and will cope well with anything you throw at it, be it trudging over fields, or pounding streets. It will always polish up so it can also look quite smart.
